Over the last 12 months, we have surveyed our team via the “Best Companies – b Heard survey tool”. This totally anonymous digital survey allows our entire team (apart from any shareholders), to answer a multiple questions based on 8 key factors which you can read about here.
Each quarter we surveyed the team and over the last year we’ve gained traction, understanding and the ability to listen and to change, this is discussed at the SLT meetings and recently, we conducted an additional 360’ survey of our team to find out more.
