Millwood Servicing, now in its 30th year, protects countless lives across the UK at places of work, rest, faith, education, and play, and in doing so it distributes its results through all of its stakeholders. Its 1% campaign enables 1% of its annual turnover to go to charitable causes and this includes running their own Foundation.

In 2020 the organisation launched the WoodMor Foundation CIC, which creates, delivers and progresses unique yearlong challenges that evidence achievements, skills, and employable attributes. These person-centric and demonstrable attributes are then knitted together to create a MeMovieBadge™ outline for the WoodMorers’, which is then published, presented, and promoted around the UK to future engaging employers.
