We use a revolutionary Service Management System incorporating Digital Pen and Paper Technology called Digital Pen Plus, provided by Wireless Service Management.
The system sends back written worksheets in ‘real time’ digitally, this means we operate a paperless office but our customers still receive their important paper record certificate’s for the on site Fire log book.
The system also automates nearly all of the job processing normally associated with service management as jobs with no further action required are automatically closed and the system updated. This leaves us to concentrate on the ones that do, meaning we can offer same day quotations and be able to react very quickly to a problem.
All maintenance tasks are automated meaning we never miss a scheduled maintenance.
